Our Farm
We are a family-based farm located on the beautiful Tamborine Mountain. We have a farm with a café, homewares, and gift shop where people can sit and relax at the café and enjoy refreshing drinks and delicious food. Or they can choose to walk the property and enjoy the serenity of farm life and walk and talk to our farm animals in their allocated paddocks, living their best life.
Produce
We have created sustainable fruit and vegetable gardens on the property but will also source locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables when required for the café menu. We will also have locally grown fresh herbs, fruits, and vegetables available to purchase when in season from locally sourced farms.
Crafts
We will be holding special outdoor art and crafting events at various times to cater to local craft and art groups who would like to use our farm for inspiration. Please get in touch with us if you would like to hold an event at our farm.
Homewares and Gift Shop
We will stock quality homewares and gifts inside the café. You will be able to browse and purchase these items at your leisure from locally sourced suppliers where possible. We will stock a variety of home and garden gifts to inspire your indoor and outdoor spaces.

House and Gardens
Our home was relocated to our property on the 13th of June 2015 at 3.50am. It was originally from 512 Oxley Road, Oxley and has served the purpose of a church and many other forms of housing for many years. The original church structure dates from 1890 from the newspapers and railway ticket stubs found in the walls. Once the house arrived, the gardens developed, and the farm was designed to surround our home so the animals could be seen from
Pat and feed the animals
We have many and varied farm animals here at Tamborine Mountain Barnyard, who are all members of our family. We have feed buckets to hand feed the animals which can be purchased from the café. We need to constantly monitor the weight of our animals as they can sometime be a little greedy when it comes to snacks.
Our Café
Our café has a large outdoor eating area that overlooks the front of the farm where you can see some of our animals enjoying their daily routine of eat, sleep, play and repeat. We require bookings online for larger groups which can be located on the bookings tab. We welcome all walk-in visitors to our farm for smaller groups and families daily. We have a variety of refreshments, freshly prepared meals, including sweet treats and ice creams for those hot days.
